The document workspace
One place to write, upload, prepare, send, sign and keep business documents moving. Simple enough for your next agreement. Sophisticated enough for the systems and AI agents that work with you.
Between Meridian Studio (“Client”) and Cedarline Creative (“Provider”).
1 · Scope of work
Provider will deliver discovery, identity direction and final brand guidelines as described in Schedule A.
2 · Fees
Client will pay the fixed fee upon acceptance of each milestone.
A clean document, ready to shape.
Draft created
The problem
Most agreements don’t stall in the writing. They stall between tools: draft in a word processor, export a PDF, upload it somewhere else for signatures, email a link, follow up twice, download the result and file it wherever it lands.
Every handoff is another place for a document, and a week, to get lost. In JustDocs the document you create is the document you send, and the copy you keep is the one that was signed.
One document. One workspace. One continuous workflow.
Start where your document starts
Blank pages, existing PDFs and reusable templates all lead into the same preparation, sending and signing workflow. No exporting between tools. No rebuilding what already works.
Write and format the document, add fill-ins for the details that change each time, then prepare it for signature without exporting and starting over.
Upload an existing PDF and place signature, initials, date, name, checkbox and text fields on its pages as they are. JustDocs doesn’t rewrite the text inside it; it moves the document through preparation, sending and signing.
Start from your own templates or from the library. A template brings its fill-ins, signer roles and fields into the next request, so the next one starts prepared.
This agreement is entered into by Harborview Studio LLC and Dana Whitfield.
Consultant will provide product positioning and advisory services as outlined below.
Discovery and audit: $1,800
This addendum forms part of the service agreement between the parties named below.
Electronic signatures
Send the right document to the right people, in the right order. See who has signed, who hasn’t and what happens next, without running the process from your inbox. Try it: sign as each recipient.
“Hi Dana, here’s our service agreement for the brand refresh. Whenever you’re ready.” — Marcus
Signs in order: Marcus gets his link once Dana has signed.
…3 · Term. This Agreement begins on the date of final signature and continues for ninety (90) days…
The library
Agreements and proposals, company and equity documents, onboarding and tax forms, rental and commission agreements, acknowledgments and waivers. Start from a template, send it for signature and keep the finished copy in the same place.
Showing 35 of 35 library documents
Ready documents can be used today. Review advised marks documents whose terms a qualified professional should check for your situation, and coming soon marks the ones that aren’t ready yet. A few company and equity documents, drafted from your answers, are sold per document from $39 to $99 on any plan; every other library document is included in every plan. JustDocs doesn’t offer licensed forms for every jurisdiction, and specialized paperwork may need a professional’s review.
Structured intake and reusable packets
Send a named person an intake link. Their answers fill in the prepared documents, you review the result, and the whole packet moves into signing without another round of email.
This agreement is between Meridian Studio and:
The respondent’s answers fill the prepared documents. A sender reviews them before the signing request goes out.
Agent-enabled document operations · Teams & Platform
Give an AI agent a scoped key of its own. It can read your templates, start documents from them with the details filled in, and ask to send signing requests and intake links, over the REST API or the MCP server. Every send waits for a person’s approval, inside recipient rules, daily limits and an activity record.
Preparing paperwork is one kind of permission. Executing a signature is another. Agents never get a signing action or a recipient’s signing link.

Run the request to check it against this key and its limits. Nothing leaves this page.
Start documents from your templates with the details filled in. Prepare signing requests and intake links. Track the requests their key can read. Send, only after a person approves, and only to the domains you allow.
Approval and signing. An owner or admin approves or declines every send an agent asks for. A signature is applied under the signer’s own control and consent; an agent’s authority over your paperwork never extends to signing in your name.
Agent integration layer · Teams & Platform
For developers and AI builders
Your app, CRM, internal system or agent framework reaches the same document workflow the web app uses. Scoped keys decide what can happen; signed webhooks report what did.
On the Teams & Platform plan: scoped, expiring API keys and agent keys for the REST API and the MCP server, idempotent creates and sends, an approval queue, and webhooks with retries and a delivery log.

Events carry identifiers, statuses and times, never document contents or field values.
Visibility without the follow-up
See which person, recipient, API key or agent did what, and when. Preparing a request, approving it, sending it and signing it are different events, and the record keeps them apart.
Events shown are illustrative. JustDocs records signing and activity histories as described; it doesn’t claim cryptographic tamper-proofing or independently verified signer identity.
Built for everyday work. Ready for what’s next.
The workspace that sends a freelancer’s first NDA also runs an accountant’s W-9 season and an engineering team’s agent workflows, tuned to the paperwork each kind of work produces.
Trust by design
Trust in a document platform isn’t a badge on a page. It’s the sum of small, deliberate design decisions. These are the ones JustDocs is built on.
These describe how JustDocs works today. They aren’t audited certifications: we don’t claim compliance with a standard until it has been formally verified, and we don’t promise that every electronically signed document is enforceable.
Who can open it
Simple plans. Clear credits.
Start free, buy credits when you need them, or choose a plan for recurring volume. Writing, uploading, templates and signing as a recipient never use credits. Recipients always sign for free. Prices are in US dollars, before applicable taxes.
How credits work. One credit is one completed request, however many people sign it or documents it holds. It’s reserved when you send and given back if the request is voided, declined or expires. A month’s allowance is used before pack credits and doesn’t roll over; pack credits never expire. Annual plans are billed once a year and add their allowance each month. Extra Teams seats share the plan’s allowance rather than adding to it. There’s no automatic overage charge: when credits run out, buy a pack or change plan.
Documents sold separately. Every library document is included in every plan, except a few company and equity documents drafted from your answers, which are sold per document from $39 to $99. Completed documents stay yours whatever your plan.
Good questions. Straight answers.
Including the deliberate boundaries around PDF editing, agent authority and human consent, and what isn’t ready yet.
JustDocs is a document workspace that brings the whole lifecycle into one place. Write a document from scratch, upload an existing PDF, or start from the library; prepare it for signature; send it to the right people; track progress; and keep the completed copy with its history. Alongside that everyday workflow, authorized AI agents can prepare documents and requests through the API or the MCP server — and every send an agent asks for waits for a person to approve it.
Yes. Upload an existing PDF and place signature, initials, date, name, checkbox, and text fields on it as it is — your layout is preserved. Save the layout as a template and the next one starts prepared. JustDocs doesn’t rewrite the text inside an uploaded PDF; it moves that document through preparation, sending, and signing without you having to rebuild it.
Yes. The built-in editor handles headings, lists, links, and text styles, with fill-ins for the details that change each time — a client’s name, a fee, a start date. Save with ⌘S (Ctrl+S), and anything you write can become a reusable template.
No. Recipients get a private link by email, review the document, and sign on any device — without creating an account. When everyone has signed, each of them can download the completed copy.
The library has four collections: business and legal documents (NDAs, consulting and service agreements, proposals, offer letters, and company and equity documents), tax and employment paperwork (the W-9, contractor onboarding, vendor forms), real estate documents (rental and commission agreements), and general business paperwork (consents, waivers, approvals, registrations). Some entries recommend professional review, and a few are marked coming soon. JustDocs doesn’t claim to offer licensed forms in every jurisdiction — and you can always upload your own.
Yes. Save your own documents and uploaded PDFs as templates, with their fields already placed, and send several documents together as one packet — an agreement, a W-9, and a policy acknowledgment in a single request.
A template is a reusable starting point: a written document or an uploaded PDF with its fill-ins, roles and fields already in place. A packet sends several documents together as one signing request — an agreement, a W-9 and a policy acknowledgment, say — with each recipient matched to their role, and counts as one completed request.
Both. The Free plan includes 3 completed requests a month. Signing packs are one-time purchases (20 credits for $10, 75 for $25, or 200 for $50) and their credits never expire. Business is $19 a month or $190 a year, with 100 completed requests a month. Teams & Platform is $59 a month or $590 a year, with 300 a month shared by its 5 seats; extra seats are $10 a month or $100 a year. Annual plans are billed once a year and add their allowance each month. A few company and equity documents are sold per document, from $39 to $99, on any plan; every other library document is included. Prices are in US dollars, before applicable taxes. Recipients always sign for free.
One credit is one request that everyone has signed, however many signers or documents it has. A credit is reserved when you send and used when the request completes; a request that’s voided, declined or expires gives it back. A month’s allowance is used before pack credits and doesn’t roll over. There’s no automatic overage charge: when credits run out, buy a pack or change plan. Writing, editing, templates and signing as a recipient never use credits.
Yes. The library includes the IRS Form W-9: send it on its own or in a contractor onboarding packet, and your payee completes and signs it from a private link. Intake links collect details before a document is prepared. To be clear: document preparation is not tax filing. JustDocs is not a tax-filing service and doesn’t file anything.
Yes, for the documents that are ready: a residential rental agreement and a commission agreement are in the library, both with professional review advised, and you can upload your brokerage’s own forms and save their fields. Transaction packets, disclosure acknowledgments, buyer and seller document requests, and checklists are coming soon. Forms vary by jurisdiction, so expect review guidance rather than blanket coverage.
Yes — with emphasis on “on your behalf.” On the Teams & Platform plan, an owner or admin creates an agent key with specific permissions: reading templates and requests, starting documents from templates with their details filled in, and sending signing requests and intake links. Agents connect through the REST API or the MCP server. Every send an agent asks for waits for a person’s approval, and every key is scoped, expiring, revocable, and recorded.
No. This is a deliberate design boundary, not a missing feature. Preparing and sending a document is one kind of authority; executing a signature is another. In JustDocs, a signature is applied under the signer’s own control and consent. The API and the MCP server have no signing action, and no agent ever receives a signing link.
Yes — it’s required. An agent’s sends wait in an approval queue until an owner or admin approves or declines them, and a pending approval expires after seven days. You can also limit a key to approved recipient domains, cap its sends per day, set it to expire, and revoke it instantly. Agent actions and your decisions are recorded in the activity history.
When a request completes, JustDocs keeps the signed PDF together with a certificate and its activity history — who prepared it, when it was sent, viewed, and signed, and which actions were taken by people versus API keys and agents. We’re careful about claims here: we don’t promise cryptographic tamper-proofing or independently verified signer identity.
Yes, at any time. The plan stays until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then the workspace moves to Free; unused pack credits stay usable. Cancelling doesn’t refund the rest of the period. Upgrades apply once their prorated invoice is paid; downgrades apply at renewal. If a renewal payment fails, the plan stays for seven days while it’s retried. Unused pack credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, at the price paid, and completed documents stay yours on any plan.
The core workflow is here: writing, uploading, preparing, sending, and signing documents, with templates, packets, intake links, teams, the API, webhooks, and agent keys. Still coming: the real estate packets and the tax and employment documents marked “coming soon” in the library, and AI-assisted reading of uploaded documents. We’d rather label what isn’t ready than blur the line.
