# JustDocs

> JustDocs is a document workspace for creating, preparing, signing and managing business documents. Write a document, upload a PDF or start from the library; place signature fields; send it for e-signature; track it; and keep the signed copy with its certificate and history. Recipients sign from a private link without an account. Teams can connect software and AI agents through a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server, and every send an agent asks for waits for a person's approval.

Key facts:

- Pricing: The Free plan includes 3 completed requests a month, with no card needed. Signing packs are one-time purchases (20 credits for $10, 75 for $25, or 200 for $50) whose credits never expire. Business is $19 a month or $190 a year, with 100 completed requests a month; Teams & Platform is $59 a month or $590 a year, with 300 a month shared by its 5 seats. The people you send documents to always sign for free.
- One credit is one completed request, however many signers or documents it has. A request that's voided, declined or expires gives its credit back.
- Recipients sign for free, on any device, without creating an account.
- AI agents can prepare and send documents through the API or the MCP server, but never sign: every send an agent asks for waits for an owner's or admin's approval, and no tool or API call signs for anyone.
